* Once you have made a booking online a Service Agent at our Service Centre will contact you to confirm your time and date requested.

* Selected shuttle services are available to take you to your office or you can relax while you wait in a customer lounge. Coffee and tea facilities are available for your convenience.

* Please note that it will be necessary to book your space on the shuttle.

* Ensure your vehicle service book is in the vehicle, “First Time Right” is what we strive for when receiving your vehicle as we would like to make the servicing experience a pleasant one.

* Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your booking in time so that we can identify and address any additional concerns.

* During the course of your vehicle’s stay you will be kept updated with the progress.
